The desire among students to study in the United States and Canada continues to grow steadily. However, finding the right American or Canadian high school or university is not an easy task. The system is far less transparent than in the Netherlands, and the application process requires a significant amount of paperwork — including from your side.
To help you guide students as effectively as possible, we are organizing a workshop specifically designed to support you in advising and assisting them.
During the workshop, you will receive the tools to help your students (and their parents) get well prepared with reliable information. You will also learn the key terminology and see examples of documents that play an important role in the application process.
In addition, you will gain practical guidelines for converting Dutch grade lists into American-style transcripts. The session will cover in detail how to compile and upload these lists, with specific attention to the important rules that apply.
