Lynn University, located in Boca Raton, Florida, was recently named in US News and World Report’s “2015 America’s Best Colleges”. In particular it is recognised for its growing international student population – 24 percent of students come from countries outside the US (approximately 80 other nations in total). Lynn offers an undergraduate and graduate curriculum built on individualized attention and an international focus. The university enrolls more than 2,000 students in four academic colleges and three specialty programs. Lynn offers more than 25 undergraduate degrees and 10 graduate degrees through its four colleges.
Gareth Fowles (pictured below) has served as the vice president for enrollment management at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida since October 2011. Dr. Fowles is responsible for enhancing the university’s recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students, while implementing strategic initiatives to raise student retention and graduation levels. Prior to assuming this role, Dr. Fowles held several positions at Lynn including Special Assistant to the President, Director of Regional Development and Director of Alumni Affairs.
Dr. Fowles holds a B.S. in International Business and an M.B.A. from Lynn University. He also received a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University.
