With UStudy, students have the opportunity to attend a university or college in the US or Canada, while earning credits towards completing a degree at home. In addition to its great academic reputation, the world-renowned North American educational system is also praised for its excellent instructors and facilities, such as libraries, research centers, training fields/stadiums and campus life in general.
Over the course of 6 to 8 weeks you will live on a college or university campus with students from both the US/Canada and other countries around the world, while taking classes in a specific topic of interest. This option is perfect for those who would like to experience student life in Canada or the US for a short period of time.
Choosing an academic summer program can also help you improve your English and/or French communication skills.
Classes are taught in English (or French), and you will be speaking English (or French) exclusively in social settings. In addition, completing a short-term academic program at a North American institution can demonstrate intercultural competence – something that is highly appealing to employers.

Despite popular belief, summer programs are not exclusively available to college/university students. Some programs are specially designed for HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS as well. Improve your English or French communication skills in North America! There are a wide variety of language programs available throughout the continent. Whether you would like to enroll in an intensive program at a college or university in a major city or at a language school in a small town: it is our goal to find you the perfect match. You can choose to live in a dorm setting, with a host family or in a student apartment or hotel. Are you interested in combining academics with a language program?
