A Liberal Arts Education At Concordia University – November 19, 14:00-16:00

Concordia University (http://www.cu-portland.edu) is a liberal arts college in the beautiful state of Oregon in the north west of the US. The college offers 27 study disciplines to more than 1,400 undergraduate students and more than 4,000 graduate students. It is located in a lovely, quiet suburb only 5 miles from downtown Portland, the capital city of Oregon.

Admission is in August and January each year. Concordia University has several sports teams that compete in the NAIA. Concordia offers academic scholarships to talented international students, and sports scholarships to top student-athletes.

It is also possible to spend a gap semester or gap year at Concordia as a so-called ‘non-degree student’, or to participate in a language course – for these options the admissions process is less rigorous and costs are not as high.

Virginia Groves – Director of International Admissions at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon will be doing a presentation on 19 November, 14:00-16:00 at UStudy. Admission is free but registration is required beforehand due to limited space.
