Almost 50% of all students in the US begin their undergraduate studies at a community college. Many then transfer over to a regular college or university where they then spend a further two years earning their bachelor degree. Green River College is one of the top 10 community colleges for international students. On Thursday 12th November two previous Dutch students from Green River – Jelle Draper and Max de Graaf – will give a special presentation at UStudy to interested students and their parents, guidance counselors, and other educators, about the opportunities offered at Green River College. Attendance is free.
