Schedule Your Own Appointment With Our Study Advisor, Marina Meijer
Please schedule your appointments in the WHITE regions of the calendar (BLUE = BOOKED), from Monday – Friday between 9:00 – 17:00 (the last appointment can be scheduled at 15:30). The appointments take place at UStudy’s office located at Wilgendreef 83, Voorburg (in the Essesteijn district), a few minutes walk from the Randstadrail station, Voorburg ‘t Loo.
Cost of personal appointments: €121 (inc. BTW) for max. 90 minutes (1.5 hours) and the cost of Skype appointments: €60.50 (inc. BTW) per 30 minutes. The cost includes any written advice / brief further investigation arising from the conversation.
Upon request, a personal or Skype appointment can be scheduled in the evening. An extra charge of €60.50 (inc. BTW) applies for a personal appointment, and €18.15 (inc. BTW) applies per 30 minutes for a Skype appointment. To arrange an appointment in the evening, please email meijer@ustudy.nl to discuss availability.
Upon booking an appointment you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a link to a comprehensive questionnaire in which your account details for paying the appointment costs will also be requested.
The appointment can be canceled/modified within 24 hours for free. Upon cancelation you will be reimbursed the appointment costs into the account number provided in the questionnaire. By planning an appointment, you hereby agree to these terms.
Current UStudy clients are welcome to schedule a free appointment as often as required.
